Our Mission

Raw Iron Athletics is a premier Calgary-based athletic/personal training company specializing in providing tailored workout plans. Our team, composed of two individuals with athletic backgrounds and specialization in a wide variety of sports, offers personalized, in-person and online training options. Our mission is to empower individuals and athletes to achieve their peak performance and personal fitness goals. We aim to inspire confidence and build resilience in order to assemble a supportive community that embraces physical and mental excellence.

Alex Rowlandson

Alex Rowlandson is a dedicated personal trainer with over a decade of experience in hockey and football, including playing college football in the U.S. His life revolves around health and fitness, and he is deeply passionate about helping others achieve their goals, whether athletic or health-related. His work ethic guarantees results with every client he has trained. Working with athletes for 10+ years has allowed him to grow with providing athletes with programs to take their athletic career to the max. Alex has also worked as a personal trainer in Sweden, training clients aged 40 to 70, combining his expertise and enthusiasm to inspire people of all backgrounds to improve their performance and well-being.

Ethan is dedicated to making a positive impact on every person he trains.
